Boxes are arranged with oldest at top and you can expand most photos by clicking on it Note: If you don't know anything about the name and number 'fonts' used by Heddon, you need to find out everything you can about the size, bold, italic, code, and color Heddon used to mark their boxes because there are a lot of fakes out there in response to high $$$ being paid for a given rare color on the end of a box. Someone might want to test a group of older box ends with a black light to see what the dye or ink does under the light. The majority of this collection was purchase on-line and not at meetings where the fakers were prevalent. The on-line buys were made via this website during the late 1990s and from individual sellers, not eBay, or dealers since eBay was barely alive at that time. |
