These are examples of the inserts and brochures found in various lure boxes.
This is the paperwork showing the 0 and 200...c1912. So far, all information indicates that that is the only year of the blue border and white border boxes and this would be the correct paper for the blue and white border boxes.
The paper with "Read this Mr. Bait Caster" came in the boxes starting from 1919 through 1926/1928 or so. The paperwork is for the Dummy Double only...that is the paperwork with the headline that says..."Read this Mr. Baitcaster."....and comes in two versions, Football rig and L-rig.
